Thomas Winklebleck, executive chef at Three Crowns Park in Evanston, will be joining us at our April 10 meeting to demonstrate heart-healthy cooking recipes.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chicago, Winklebeck has worked for the Levy Restaurants, Houlihan’s and NPK Hospitality, which owns a number of Chicago restaurants.

Winklebleck also is a heart disease survivor, so he knows first-hand the challenges of trying to eat heart-healthy while maintaining a tasty and satisfying menu.

He’ll be doing an in-person cooking demonstration for us Wednesday, April 10 at 6:30 p.m. at Evanston Hospital. Save the date now, see you then.
